چکیده
Magnetic Force Microscopy (MFM) is the principal characterization technique for study of low-dimensional magnetic materials. Nonetheless, during years, samples under was limited to in field data storage, such as longitudinal hard disk, thin films, or patterned nanostructures. Nowadays, thanks advances and developments MFM modes instrumentation, other fields are emerging like skyrmionic structures, 2D materials biological samples. However, these experiments artifacts images can have strong impact need be carefully verified a correct interpretation results. For that reason, this paper we will explore new ideas combining multifrequency with information obtained from experimental dissipation energy associated tip-sample interactions.

Bimodal magnetic resonance imaging-computed tomography nanoprobes: A Review
Bimodal imaging combines two imaging modalities in order to benefit from their advantages and compensate the limitations of each modality. This technique could accurately detect diseases for diagnostic purposes. Nanoparticles simultaneously offer diagnostic data via various imaging modalities owing to their unique properties. Moreover, bimodal nanoprobes could be incorporated into theranostic s...
متن کاملMagnetic Force Microscopy Imaging of Current Paths
We demonstrate Magnetic Force Microscopy (MFM) imaging, at room temperature in air, of a 0.25mA DC current path in a 140nm-wide gold nanowire. The nanowire was created by focused ion beam milling of a 12μm wide Cr/Au line of 20nm/110nm Cr/Au thickness. Iterative fitting of the MFM data to an idealized model of the structure yielded a nanowire resistivity a factor of 3.5 higher than that of a co...
متن کاملImaging using Magnetic Resonance Force Microscopy
We demonstrate one-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance imaging of the semiconductor GaAs with 170 nanometer slice separation and resolve two regions of reduced nuclear spin polarization density separated by only 500 nanometers. This is achieved by force detection of the magnetic resonance, Magnetic Resonance Force Microscopy (MRFM), in combination with optical pumping to increase the nuclear...
